Carlos “Garand” Villa

A Spaniard by birth, Carlos Villa is best known as “The Garand” or sometimes “Carlos the Grand”. The first nickname is more accurate, as Carlos began his career of terrorism (some would say freedom fighting) using a cache of vintage World War II weapons, including the M-1 Garand, to assault Japanese corporate and military targets. He is well known within the Huk, the terrorist organization dedicated to fighting the Japanese in the Philippines, and with Japanese Military Intelligence, Renraku, Mitsuhama, and a score of AA and A level Japanese corporations. Villa despises all Japanese, including the metahumans, but is also practical, and will work with any that provide any sort of leverage against the government or corporations. He is involved in smuggling as well as terrorism. His current location is somewhere in the Philippines. He has a degree in Archaeology from Oxford.
