The Dragon
A 2.1m tall, 180kg Sapien-Sapiens born CyberZombie with an alterable Red Dragon tattoo that wraps around his trunk and culminates in a head that is spread across his face. He was previously known as Fade and born Derrick Moore. He played a role as a secondary NPC in Cult Of Personality along with Yokozuna (aka. Wolf). It is not yet know if the dragon will play a role in the new game Hands in the Sky. The Dragon was last known to be maintaining a role as Gaijin Kobun to Hanzo Shotozumi, self-made Oyabun of Seattle. While outwardly maintaining this as an honor debt owed from a previous life the Dragon has been called out by Yokozuna and ultimately admitted that it is a willful act of self deception in an effort to provide him with something of perceived meaning to do in order to stave off the insanity brought on by his current soul-dead state. Apparently the events that transpired during Cult Of Personality involving the Eternity Project also held some meaning to the Dragon which is presumably why he involved himself. He considers himself physically immortal (which is nearly true, he's expected to survive ~10,000 years if he maintains his chemical treatments) and often times acts accordingly ... teasing death merely for the vague memories of fear and excitement such actions stir up. Besides Yokozuna apparently he maintains relations with his ex-teammates Phoenix, Zer0, Ebony, Hawkeye, Trader Vic and Drake ... all of whom (besides Vic) played minor roles in the grand finally of Cult Of Personality.
Derrick Moore (2034-2054)
The Dragon was born Derrick Moore in 2034 in Central California to an affluent family. Derrick was a reckless, spoiled, and undisciplined youth so his family shipped him off to military school in 2046 in San Francisco. A tall, skinny, dorky kid ... though incredibly bright ... he ran away from school in 2050 and quickly found Decking work with the Yakuza. By 2052 he had already made a name for himself amongst the Yaks as a high end Gaijin decker and they shipped him up to Seattle for larger coporate jobs. However Derrick was unhappy with his life as a decker and always sought to become a physical super-hero who could crush those who had formerly tormented him. He would spend the next several years working for the Yakuza to save up enough money to transform himself into the monster he dreamed himself to one day be. He also spent this time period in extensive amounts of physical training preparing himself for his eventual transformation. Over this period of time he'd put approximately 40kg of muscle onto his 2m tall frame, rounding him out a bit more.
Fade (2054-2056)
Derrick would trade in his cyberdeck as well as use all of the money he had saved up to modify himself enough to become a workable Samurai. He'd pick up Wires, Muscle augs, Sheathing, and a Smart Link to go along with his eyes and datajack. He's continue his extensive physical training as well from this point although he began officially working as a shadowrunner. He'd eventually join Occam's Razor and serve alongside his close friend Dr. Death through various near-death experiences (during which he would pick up some bioware and a kink bomb in his brain).
Finally after several extremely large runs Fade would meet his end attempting to defend Ebony, a team member that Fade felt a confused fraternal relationship with. Fade would be defeated and ultimately flatlined by ShadowFist in hand to hand combat despite using two doses of Kamikaze. Immediately following Fade's fall Dr. Death, the last conscious member of Occam's Razor would look at ShadowFist and remark "Fraggin' Ninjas" before emptying the clip of his trademark SuperMach towards ShadowFist and ultimately defeating the warrior. However because it would not be considered an honorable defeat according to the rules of the combat ShadowFist's mage would kill Dr. Death with a full strength mana bolt ... perhaps the only known way to kill the bag of dirt that was Dr. Death. Phoenix would show up and challenge the Mage to a duel and liquify his brains but would be unable to do anything for Fade or Dr. Death (though he would be able to revive Zer0 and Ebony). Doc Wagon would show up and would be able to revive Fade but not Doctor Death.
In the ensuing months Fade would be given the option of remaining in a physically crippled state for the rest of his life or undergoing radical reconstructive surgery that would require an unidentified corporate third party. It would also require Fade to again die, this time permanently.
The Dragon (2057-Present)
The dragon would emerge from Doc Wagon's Chiba facility after nearly half a year ... both less and more of a man than ever before. His effective final essence would be -.22. His entire torso and head would be cybernetically reconstructed and armored with lightweight Plasteel alloys. The muscle tissue of his body would be bio-engineered beyond the normal constraints of a human being. The majority of his spine would be replaced with cybernetic superconducting materials. The regenerative powers of his flesh would be enhanced so that despite the steel underneath he could maintain the veneer of humanity. It would be revealed to the dragon that his angel sponsor would be Aztechnology and that at the time (2056) they were one of only two corporations capable of the cybermantic rituals he required.
The Dragon would attempt to resume his normal role with Occam's Razor in California but it would soon become evident to everyone involved that such an arrangement was impossible. Fade found himself confused and unable to handle the bizarre emotions that would come to him and the rest of the team found themselves disturbed and even at times terrified by Fade's decided lack of humanity. Eventually in 2057 Fade would leave Occam's Razor for good.
